  • All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
  • The product must not show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products showing signs of use.
  • Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, finish, or dimensions, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.
  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
  • Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
  • Return requests made after the applicable return period.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photographs of the product.
  • Images of the outer packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order details and supporting photographs.
