1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoices must be included.
- The product must not show signs of use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Minor variations in color, texture, wood grain, finish, or dimensions, as these are natural characteristics of handcrafted products.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Products returned without original packaging or invoice.
- Return requests made after the applicable return period.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photographs of the product.
- Images of the outer packaging.
- A brief description of the issue.
Our team will review the request and respond as quickly as possible.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support via email or phone.
- Share your order details and supporting photographs.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued:
- To the original payment method used during purchase.
- Within 7–10 business days after approval, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).
6. Replacement Policy
Where applicable, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for:

- Defective products.
- Incorrect products received.
Replacement availability depends on stock.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
8. Return Shipping
If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we may arrange the return pickup or reimburse reasonable return shipping charges, as applicable.
If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
9. Refund Processing Time
After the return is approved:
